1. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text/data files that may be stored on your device through your browser when you visit a website. Local storage and similar technologies may also be used for similar purposes.
2. Our approach to cookies
Cookies and third-party content that are not essential to the website are disabled by default. Functional third-party content such as Google Maps is not loaded unless you actively consent. Refusing consent does not prevent you from using the core parts of the website; only the relevant third-party feature remains unavailable.
3. Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Party | Duration / status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Required | Remember your cookie choice and enable the preferences panel to function. | Artıiki / first party | artiiki_cookie_consent_v1 — up to 180 days |
| Functional / Third Party | Display the Google Maps map on the contact page. | Google Maps / third party | Loaded only after consent; third-party cookie names and durations may be determined by Google. |
4. Required cookies
Required cookies are used for the core functions of the website and preference management. This category may rely on circumstances that do not require explicit consent, such as remembering the preference mechanism itself, and cannot be disabled from the preferences panel.
5. Functional and third-party content
Google Maps is configured so that no map request is created before “Functional / Third Party” permission is granted. Once permission is granted, your browser connects to Google and Google may process technical data and cookies under its own technologies. For Google’s current privacy terms, see the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Analytics and advertising cookies
As of the last update date of this text, no analytics / marketing cookies are active on the website for measuring user behavior or creating advertising profiles. If such a service is introduced in the future, the relevant category should remain disabled by default, this policy should be updated and explicit consent should be obtained separately where required.
7. How can you manage your preferences?
On your first visit you are offered “Accept All”, “Necessary Only” and “Manage Preferences”. You can later change your decision using the button below or the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.
8. Withdrawal of consent
When you withdraw functional permission, the map iframe is disabled on the page and no new Google Maps connection is established. You can also use your browser’s cookie settings to clear cookies that may previously have been placed on your device by a third party.
9. Legal basis and information
Where no other personal-data processing condition applies to non-essential cookies, explicit consent is used as the basis. Giving explicit consent is not mandatory and you can change your preferences later. For more detailed information about the processing of personal data, see our KVKK Information Notice and Privacy Policy.
